Overview

Have a great memory as you take part in this 7-day safari to Kenya in East Africa. The safari will take you to the mighty Masai Mara National Reserve, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha and Amboseli National Parks with their rewarding adventure.

The game drive will be the major activity but optional activities like a hot air ballooning tour in Masai mara and a community walk to the Masai homesteads will be included depending on your choice. This safari therefore covers the African big five, big cats, culture and scenic views like that in Amboseli National Park.

Detailed Itinerary

Day1. Nairobi to Lake Nakuru

Welcome to Kenya! The driver guide will pick you up from any agreed point in Nairobi and you will head to Lake Nakuru National Park known for homing thousands of flamingoes. The park is located on the floor of the Great Rift Valley on the northwestern side of Nairobi.

In case you arrive early, head to the lodge for lunch which will be followed by an evening game drive where you will encounter different animals such as Rothschild giraffes, cape buffaloes, olive baboons, impalas, waterbucks, hippos, colobus monkeys, spotted hyenas, zebras, gazelles and more. Head to the lodge for your dinner.

Day2. Head to Naivasha National Park

Have a morning game drive to spot missed attractions which will be followed by a transfer to Lake Naivasha National Park. Lake Naivasha National Park is renowned as a sheer Adventure situated in the rising part of the rift valley floor. Arrive and head to the lodge for lunch and this will create everlasting memories as you take part in the evening game drive to spot animals like Giraffe, zebra, waterbuck, impala, warthog, buffalo and many more. Head to the lodge for your dinner.

Day3. Transfer to Masai Mara National Reserve

Have a morning game drive dose which will be followed by a transfer to Masai Mara National Reserve. This is a great protected Area in Kenya and Africa at large known for its great history dating way back to 1961. The journey is amazing as you enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Arrive and check in a booked accommodations.

Day4. Full day in Mara

Take a full day in the Mara plains exploring the beautiful savannah plains and taking part in the different game drives. There is a lot to enjoy such as lions, elephants, buffalos, gazelles, giraffes, zebras, warthog, dik-dik, crocodiles, cheetahs, rhinos and more. If a season of migration, enjoy the annual wildebeest migration in millions together with zebras. This day includes enjoying bush breakfast, picnic lunch, sunrise and sunset and more.

Day5. Head to Amboseli NP

Leave the park premises and head to Amboseli National Park with its great view of Mt Kilimanjaro in the backdrop. The park is amazing with large herds of elephants in their savannahs together with other animals like buffalos Wildebeests, zebras, jackals, hyenas, impala, giraffes, warthogs, dik-dik, kobs, gazelles, topi’s and more. Head to the lodge for dinner.

Day6. Full day in Amboseli

Spend a great day in the park premises watching over animals like Wildebeests, zebras, jackals, hyenas, impala, giraffes, warthogs, dik-dik, kobs, gazelles, topis and birds like flamingos, Egrets, African Jacana, Pelicans, Crowned Cranes, Herons and many more others. Enjoy sunrise such as sunset over Mt Kilimanjaro with its snow cape.

Day7. Transfer back to Nairobi, fly home

Have breakfast at leisure and then transfer back to Nairobi to the airport and this marks the end end of the safari after boarding your scheduled flight.
