Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Pick up & transfer to Murchison Falls NP
Enjoy a delicious cup of tea or coffee and you will meet your safari leader at the hotel as early as 7:00am. Get a short briefing about your special 3-day trip to Murchison Falls National Park and after, begin the 5-6 hours’ drive road trip to the Northwest navigating via Luweero-Masindi. En-route, branch off to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary to enjoy a guided rhino tracking –explore more about how rhinos behave in the wild, take pictures then return and you will continue to Masindi for lunch.
From Masindi, make your last drive up to the park through Kichumbanyobo gate. Head up to the top of the falls for photography, view the falls as it forces itself into a narrow rock measuring up to only 8m. After, proceed to the lodge to check in, enjoy a leisurely dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Exciting Game drive in the morning & boat cruise on the Victoria Nile River
Have breakfast and after, your day will begin with a memorable guided game drive through the Northern circuit game tracks. First, catch up with early risers as they become active for the day and for 2-3 hours of exploring the diverse game in this park, the likely sightings will range from the warthogs, the Rothschild giraffes, cape buffaloes, waterbucks, African elephants, lions, leopards on a lucky day, oribis, hartebeest, Uganda kobs to bird species.
Return by 11:30am to have a leisurely lunch and other refreshments. By 2:00pm, you will be expected at Paraa jetty ready for a boat cruise on the Victoria Nile as you head to the base of the falls. Different aquatic species will be encountered including hippos, crocodiles and water birds like kingfishers, fish eagles and bee-eaters, etc. After photography at the base of the falls, you may proceed with the hike to the top where you will find the driver guide.

Day 3: Depart
A delicious breakfast early morning will be followed by check out from the lodge and you set off to Kampala or Entebbe city. As you drive back, your driver will keep a slow speed to allow you spot several other wildlife species as they roam around. At Luweero, do not leave without grabbing some fresh fruits, especially the delicious pineapples.
